The prices of the apartments vary depending on the period, the type of apartment and the length of stay.
We invite you to write to us to receive a personalized quote with our best offer.
We also accept reservations for stays less than a week and midweek arrivals.

From 9/06 to 14/09 minimum stay is 7 nights.

 

 

 

Terms and conditions

All the apartments are strictly non-smoking.

Pets allowed small / medium size.

Check-in and check-out

  • Check-in: 15.30 to 19.00
  • Check-out: within 9.00

The rates include

  • Gas, water and electricity bills
  • Wi-Fi connection
  • 1 set of bed-linens and bathroom towels per week
  • Fully equipped kitchen with electric oven and dishwasher
  • Full set of kitchenware and cooking utensils

Mandatory fees

  • Final cleaning: 20 euros or 30 (if there are animals) to be paid in cash.
  • Tourist tax: 1,50 Euro per person per night from 12 years.
  • Mandatory swimming cap.

Further services at your discretion:

  • Daily cleaning: 10 euros
  • Change of bathroom: 3 euros for the Tris
  • Crib: 30 euros

Booking and payment

  • 30% deposit to be paid at the time of booking via bank transfer.
  • The deposit is non-refundable.
  • The final payment is paid at check-out in cash, or with debit or credit card
